All wrestling programs must have a Baseline workout that test the capacity of there athletes. Without data points how do you know your wrestler's are getting in better shape? How do you know their win in the 3rd period was a fluke?

Here's a Baseline test you can use the beginning weeks of season to test your athletes. Record there times and come back next month and re-test.

400m Run
40 lunges (total)
30 sit-ups
20 sprawls
10 pull-ups
